Course Overview
Effective leadership is essential for ensuring both the individual’s and the organisation’s success. Given the fast pace of change, the role of leaders continue to evolve. Besides influencing and developing people, leaders have to manage themselves – through self-discovery, good EQ and constant reflections. This 2-Day Personal Management Workshop will enable participants to develop an all-rounded leadership approach in their quest for personal and organisational success.
